How Current Is the Information?
Custodians update rolls, portals, fees, collection locations, and coverage statements. Richmond’s assessor portal has also been transitioning from a legacy property-search system. Although we work to keep routes current, no statement here is guaranteed at a particular time. Confirm a record with the official custodian before relying on it.
